Chloe Goodman

I’m Chloe — Pilates teacher,  I’m passionate about movement, nature, and helping people feel better in their bodies. With over 15 years of experience in massage and a background in holistic care and Physio lead rehabilitation, I focus on pain relief, mobility, and mindful connection. Pilates became a natural extension of my work, offering clients tools to improve alignment, strength, and daily well-being. Whether on the mat or the massage table, my aim is simple: to help you move, feel, and live better.

My Story

Hi, I’m Chloe —  Pilates teacher, and proud dog mum to my two furbabies, Jessie and Ollie. I’m passionate about movement in all its forms, being in nature, slowing down, and finding time for bravery and adventure. You’ll often find me out walking (ideally near water), or tucked away in my campervan, enjoying the simplicity of life outdoors.

My journey into massage therapy began over 15 years ago. What started as a natural interest quickly became a career I loved. After spending time travelling — particularly in Australia — I discovered just how much our daily habits shape our physical well-being. At just 20, I was experiencing chronic pain I thought could be arthritis. But after months of living more freely and spending less time at a desk, I returned pain-free. That shift lit a spark and deepened my curiosity about holistic health.

I went on to train in massage and spent years working in care — as a support worker, therapy assistant, and in neuro-rehabilitation. I found immense fulfilment in helping others reduce pain, improve mobility, and regain confidence. Seeing someone reclaim their quality of life is what continues to drive me today.

Pilates came into my life as many of my massage clients were being recommended it by their doctors. Already a long-time yoga lover, I was intrigued by the benefits Pilates might bring. What began as a hobby soon became another professional path. I now use Pilates to help clients with pain management, posture, alignment, breathwork, and overall well-being — empowering them to reconnect with their bodies and live more comfortably and confidently.

Whether through hands-on therapy or mindful movement, my work is about helping people feel better in their bodies — and supporting them as they build healthier, more connected lives.
