Terms & Conditions

Enhancing your experience: our guidelines for a safe and supportive Pilates journey.

T's & C's

Package validity -

Class packages are valid for the amount of time stated from the date of purchase.  Expired sessions cannot be extended or refunded unless otherwise approved in writing.  

Scheduling & Attendance

Classes must be scheduled in advance via booking app.  Please arrive at least 5 mins before the class start time.  Late arrival may mean you will be turned away.

All classes start at the scheduled time slot, a late attendance or early finish of the class will disturb the flow of the class and is distracting for other ins the class.  Please ensure that you can attend the whole class when booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required of cancellations or any classes group or 1:1.  

 

Late cancellation or no shows will result in the loss of the session.

The Pilates instructor maintains the right to request a client to attend a one-on-one class or to leave the group session if deemed necessary. This policy ensures a safe and productive environment for all participants.  A refund of class is under the discretion of the instructor.

Health & Safety

To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our clients. By participating in our classes, you that you understand the importance of following safety guidelines, including proper use of equipment and communication of any existing health concerns to our instructors. We the right to modify or cancel classes as necessary to maintain a safe environment. Thank you for helping us create a positive and secure space for your wellness journey!

- Client must inform the instructor of any injuries, illnesses or conditions before each session.  Participation is at your own risk.  Please consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.

 

- Please dress appropriately for all weather conditions, if it is warm weather please wear cooler clothing, and same for warmer wear a few extra layers.  

 

- Please bring a water bottle, water available at the studio.  Please wear hair tied up for safety reasons along with grippy socks where possible to keep foot hygiene on the reformers and floor clean, along with minimising slip hazards.

Medical history

All medical history must be stated on your medical form prior to attending class.  Please ensure that you update Chloe before starting class if you have any medical changes.  Along with updating your medical form.  Client must inform the instructor of any injuries, illnesses or conditions before each session.  Participation is at your own risk.  Please consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.

GDPR

All information passed onto that is kept on file safely and securely.  We do not sell your personal data.  However we may share your data with  payment processors for billing.  Booking system providers. legal authorities if required by law.  We take security seriously and implement measures to protect your data including limited access to data (only authorised staff) and secure cloud storage with encryption.  Your rights to your data are access your personal data, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent such as marketing communication at any time.  Our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience.  You can manage your cookie settings in your browser.

The booking system offers an option for other to view your profile, you can interact with other members within the the booking system.  Your profile has the option to be set as private at any point.
