Code of Conduct

Embrace wellness, respect each other, and cultivate community.

At Chloe Goodman Pilates & Wellness, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all clients, instructors, and staff. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask all participants to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

1. Respect & Courtesy
Treat fellow clients, instructors, and staff with kindness, respect, and professionalism.

Refrain from disruptive behavior, including loud talking, phone use, or inappropriate language.

Respect others’ personal space, time, and practice.

2. Punctuality
Arrive on time for your class. We recommend arriving at least 5–10 minutes early.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to join class to avoid disruption.

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Wear clean, comfortable workout attire.

Bring a towel and clean socks or grip socks (if required).

Wipe down all equipment after use with the provided disinfectant.

4. Health & Safety
Inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions prior to class.

Do not attend class if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness.

Follow all instructor guidance to ensure safe movement and prevent injury.

5. Equipment & Studio Care
Handle all equipment with care.

Return all props and accessories to their designated places after use.

Report any damaged equipment to staff immediately.

6. Inclusivity
We welcome people of all backgrounds, fitness levels, and identities.

Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

7. Cancellations & Bookings
Observe our cancellation policy (e.g. 24-hour notice) to avoid fees.

Book classes in advance to secure your spot.

Violation of this Code
Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in a verbal warning, suspension, or termination of studio privileges at the discretion of studio management.
